Important: Ozera does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. Always consult a qualified clinician before making medical decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legal contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or use it in unlawful ways.

7. User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for medical outcomes or decisions made based on the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using Ozera at any time.
